Our specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist is specifically trained in conditions that affect women including but not exclusive to those surrounding pregnancy. She works closely with colleagues including gynaecological surgeons to help women with a variety of conditions including those recovering from surgery.
Conditions treated include:
- pelvic pain (including Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction and sacroiliac pain)
- low back pain
- thoracic pain
- rib pain
- tingling hands
- coccyx pain
- pain from your caesarean scar
- rectus abdominus divarication (a separation of the abdominal muscles following the birth of your baby)
- stress urinary incontinence
- pelvic organ prolapse
