Claire, the class teacher, was excellent and tailored the exercises to suit the women attending. The class sizes were small, so that we received individual attention. I thought that Claire's specific expertise in women's health physiotherapy really shone through. Aside from the physical benefits, I also thoroughly enjoyed the sessions - it was one of the highlights of my week! I felt both relaxed and invigorated after each Ante-natal pilates session. Alexy
